When we began our company, we had one goal. We wanted to craft practical, useful equipment for everyday Americans.
As consumers, we noticed that tactical equipment had become more of a fashion statement than a utility tool. It had become difficult to find reliable, American made gear that was practical for every day individuals. We set out to change that; to build simple, high quality preparedness gear that normal people could use for defending what is most important.
With no sewing background, no familiarity with textiles, and no suppliers, our goal was a longshot. We set out to begin testing designs, fabrics, threads, and hardware. We learned through months and months of trial and error, countless prototypes, and plenty of late nights staring at designs, trying to figure out how they could be improved.
Along the way, we discovered our love for making rifle slings. Rifle slings – simple, practical, useful. The perfect foundation on which we can build a company that designs and manufactures gear which is simple, practical, and useful.
And so our company was born on the back of the Slingus – a two point rifle sling with everything you need in a sling, and nothing you don’t. The Slingus showed us that the best gear doesn’t need to be overly complicated or covered in unnecessary features. It just needs to work when it matters – every single time.
As we continue to build, we will continue to design and offer gear based on that ethos – simple, practical, and useful. We look forward to expanding our selection of rifle slings, including additional US made rifle sling hardware, as well as designing gear that helps address emerging threats to every day individuals in a world that grows uncertain.
