When will my order ship?
We generally package and ship orders the same or next business day. Occasionally this may be delayed if we need to contact you regarding your order. If we anticipate a longer than normal delay, we will contact you. Tracking information will be emailed after your order ships. If you don’t receive it, email us at help@hungrysantatrading.com.
Why should I trust your gear?
You shouldn’t trust any gear unless you’ve tested it yourself. That said, our made in USA rifle slings and tactical gear are built to a standard we’d trust with our own equipment:
Our gun slings use high quality American made webbing that we inspect ourselves for defects, premium USA made hardware, and bonded nylon stitching.
Our tactical gear designs – chest rigs, magazine pouches, etc. minimize single points of failure. If something does go wrong, this improves the chance your gear will still function until it can be repaired or replaced.
We don’t drop ship or contract to overseas factories. Every piece is designed, tested, and crafted by us.
What type of rifle sling do you make?
We currently offer two point rifle slings that make great companions for your hunting rifle, AR15, or shotgun. One point rifle slings are currently in development and we’re looking forward to releasing them shortly. If you’re in the market for a hunting rifle sling or AR15 rifle sling, we’re confident you will be satisfied with our products.
How do I attach a sling to a rifle?
Our slings have sliplocks on the ends which can secure the webbing after it is looped through our QD sling swivels (included with our sling bundles or purchased separately). You can also loop the webbing through webbing holes on some AR stocks, or traditional sling mounts used with shotguns & hunting style bolt action rifles, although we do not currently offer this type of sling mount.
Can I use your sling without swivels?
It depends. Depending on your attachment options, our rifle sling without swivels may be able to connect via webbing loops on your stock, and other connection points you may have on your rifle.
How do I adjust my sling?
Our 2 point rifle sling has a quick adjust handle in the front for on-the-fly length changes during use, and a rear adjustment for setting your base length. Instructions are included for making rear adjustments.
What rifles is your sling compatible with?
Anything you can connect it to. Our slings are compatible with a wide range of rifles including AR-15s, bolt action hunting rifles, lever action rifles, the Ruger 10/22, Mini-14, AK-pattern rifles, and most rifles with standard sling attachment points. Does your placard/harness/insert work with gear from other brands?
We can’t guarantee compatibility with other brands, but our gear is generally the same or similar size to industry standard. Our chest rig placards use premium DuraflexUSA™ buckles compatible with most standard 1″ buckles. If your plate carrier uses quick detach female buckles for attaching a placard and yours are missing or incompatible, we sell a two-pack of ours under accessories.
How do I know which elastic insert, harness, or backstrap I need?
Our complete chest rig bundles are designed as simple out-of-the-box solutions – simply select the correct caliber for your elastic insert. Our 5.56 inserts work with most common AR-15 magazines. Our 7.62 inserts work with most 20 round .308/7.62x51mm NATO magazines, but are not designed for 7.62x39mm AK magazines. Our PDW inserts work with most double stack pistol caliber magazines, though fit may vary with less common options like 5.7mm. All harnesses and backstraps are compatible with all of our chest rigs. Why does Made in USA matter?
Our Made in USA rifle slings are built using American-made webbing, hardware, and bonded nylon thread. Domestic manufacturing allows us to maintain tighter quality control, inspect materials ourselves, and support American suppliers and small businesses.
Can I change my order?
Reach out as soon as possible and we’ll change it if we catch it before shipping. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible and our Warranty and Returns Policy applies.
What warranty do you offer?
Most items come with a one year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear or abuse. Full details are in our Warranty and Returns Policy. If you have a failure, send photos and as much detail as possible — we use that feedback to improve our testing and quality control.
