Warranty Policy
All products sold by Hungry Santa Trading Company are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item with an equivalent product.
Our limited warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Hungry Santa Trading Company makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Hungry Santa Trading Company be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Return Policy
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, customers must email us at help@hungrysantatrading.com with Return in the subject line to obtain return authorization. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable time after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders may only be cancelled if we are notified prior to our fulfillment process. Once the order is fulfilled, it is subject to our return limitations.
Shipping Policy
We offer flat-rate shipping of $8 on all standard domestic orders. This rate covers most orders; however, we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges or cancel orders in cases where excessive shipping costs are incurred, including but not limited to oversized packages, remote destinations, or unusually heavy items. In such instances, we will contact the customer prior to fulfillment to discuss available options.
Orders are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days. While we strive to maintain this processing timeline, we reserve the right to extend the processing period as needed due to operational demands, product availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of any significant delays whenever possible.
We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order that appears suspicious, incomplete, or potentially fraudulent, or if there are concerns regarding payment, shipping address, or customer information.
Orders exceeding $500 may require ACH / E-check payment method and may also require a signature upon delivery. We will contact you if any additional steps are necessary to complete your shipment.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses in 48 states only. We do not ship products to, nor conduct business in, New York and California. All delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for carrier delays once the order has shipped.
Once we fulfill an order, drop it off for shipping, and it is processed by the carrier, you should receive an email with tracking information. This is third party tracking information, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy.
